• A-maize-ing Roasted Corn and More - Roasted corn on the cob, fish, shrimp, fries, hot dogs, sausages, burgers, Philly steak subs and chicken fingers

• Chef Bigwayne's Private Cooking and Catering - Jamaican Cuisine: Curried goat, escovitch fish, beef patties, rice and peas, festival and pasta

• Foreman Urban Agriculture, Inc. - beef and chicken pastellios, Irish "spice bag" (fried chicken, french fries, onions and peppers served with a curry sauce) and bottled Foreman Naturals teas and lemonades.

• House of Sandwich - Pastelillos, pinchos, cheese burgers, non-alcoholic piña coladas, sodas

• Kings & Queens Ice Cream - mobile ice cream truck selling all types and flavors of cool treats as well as baked goods

• KT Caribbean Cuisine - Pholourie, oxtail, jerk chicken, rice, plantains and mac & cheese

• Mexico City - birria tacos ,empanadas, nachos, queso fries , Mexican elote, homemade agua frescas

• Pinoy Boy - authentic Filipino food: pork sisig, chicken adobo, lumpia, ice cream and cheesecake

• Salvation Army - Puerto Rican cuisine

• Tiny Thai - authentic Thai food
